The Department of Comparative Biomedicine and Food Science, as part of the Department Program of Excellence "SENTINEL", is excited to announce its upcoming Summer School titled “Animals in a Changing World: Tackling Environmental Challenges for a Sustainable Future”. Scheduled for July 1-5, 2025, this five-day program is designed for PhD and Master students and will delve into the latest theoretical and experimental approaches to studying aquatic animal-microbe symbioses. The program will cover key concepts, from theoretical foundations to laboratory work, practicals and field studies in the beautiful Venetian Lagoon.
