In light of the fact that is necessary face the problem of ecosystem balance of which we are a part and to ensure a future for wildlife, the 1st level Short specialisation degree aims to train people with theoretical knowledge and pratical skills both for the menagement of species at risk of extinction and for a management project of conservation of species and their habitats in a sustainability perspective.

The aim of the program is to prepare professionals who have the skills to evaluate the quality of the food, both vegetable and animal, from the production process to the final consumer, with a focus on organic products and special features . They will also be given the cultural means to prepare appropriate plans of action in relation to food safety issues and to function adequately in terms of information and address the eating behavior.
